History

I started as a laborer (1979) working for investors during the Gilham Park residential rehab project and later Kansas City's Armour Blvd Corridor commercial renewal initiative. With decades of experience I take pride in offering seasoned trade-craft in basic home repair, maintenance, small jobs, as well as basement finishing and bathroom remodels. My formula of best practices combined with metered labor cost allows customers to have more options while keeping with quality work.
